Simple Focus is the Goal!

As part of the 42-Day RESET Challenge, you’ll set three powerful goals: a fitness/movement goal, a nutrition goal, and a soul-fulfilling goal. Each one will be personal and unique to you, designed to help you reconnect with your health and well-being. The beauty of a challenge is that it creates accountability. Instead of saying, “I’ll start Monday,” “when the kids are back in school,” or “after this work project,” the challenge connects you to your goals and your happiness. By keeping these goals simple and achievable, you’ll make your 42-day reset both effective and transformative.

  • Challenge Orientation: This is a your first coaching session to set up your 3 goals for the challenge.

  • Weekly Weigh-ins: You have the option to do weekly or even daily weigh-ins at the studio to stay on track.

  • Simple App: The Habit Tracker app is free and simple to use for the 42 days!

  • Pre-Recorded Education Session: 5 minute mini podcasts with Rachel that you can listen to on the go!

  • Supportive Community: We are excited to do our orientation in the studio to kick off the challenge. But don't worry, we will stream it live too!

  • Step 2: Do Your Weigh-In, Photos, & Measurements

    Track your starting point with a weigh-in, photos, and measurements to see your progress. You can do this at home on your own, or come into the studio during our measurement times and have a coach do it for you.

  • Step 3: Download the Habits App and Set Your 3 Daily Goals

    Stay on track by downloading the app to log your daily movement, nutrition, and self-care/personal development goals.

  • Step 4: Watch the Intro Videos

    Get started with helpful videos that explain the program, set expectations, and boost your motivation.

  • Step 5: Choose Your Start Date

    Decide on a date before October 15th that works for you to kick off the challenge!

A New Addition to Our Challenges

With 25 years of coaching experience, 50,000+ hours on the floor coaching, keeping off over 100 pounds, owner of Inner Fit Studios (established in 2007) and a certified Fitness Leader & Educator for the BCRPA & CFES, along with training in NLP, Fascia Health, Holistic Nutrition, and Somatics; Rachel's goal is to make learning simple on the go, educational, and easy!

In past challenges we have done a online coaching sessions, which, while educational, people are just busy. 

For this challenge, we are changing things up. Throughout the challenge you will find a series of educational "5 Minute RESET" podcasts that will give you 'tidbits' of information in 5 minutes or less to help you succeed on your health reset over the 42 days. 

Topics will include nutrition, fasting, weight loss, mindset, motivation, exercise, wellness, and more!

Completed the Inner Fit 75 Challenge

"A change in behaviour is the manifestation of a change in mindset. Sometimes these changes come internally, but usually we need an external motivator - something to push us, to hold us accountable, and to provide a community to support the hard work that we know, deep down, is needed. An InnerFit Challenge provides all of these in the best way possible. I have recently completed the 75 Day Challenge and noticed significant changes to my physical appearance, self-perception, mental health, and outlook on food. I dropped 25 pounds but more importantly have changed my outlook. Completed the Inner Fit 75 Challenge

"I recently joined Inner Fit's 75 Day Challenge on January 3rd not really knowing what would come out of it, but I'm someone who loves trying new things and challenging myself. I loved how this 75 Day Challenge focused on daily routines, fitness and nutrition - all small changes that when done together turn into a complete overhaul of mindset and behaviours and how I look at food. While I had no idea what changes I would instill at the beginning of the challenge, I quickly fell into a routine of exercising 30 minutes every day, going for daily walks outside with my partner (so good for our relationship and soul) and most importantly adjusted my nutrition and mindset around a complete meal that didn't rely on carbs. I have increased my protein intake in every meal, intermittent fasting for 18 hours, having an eating window from noon-6pm and having nutrient dense snacks throughout the day. I no longer have cravings or energy crashes and have been having so much fun thinking of protein//vegetable focused meals. I am someone who loves bread, rice and potatoes but with the challenge and coming up with more creative substitutes, I no longer crave carbs the way I did before. I would have never made such changes to my nutrition and fitness without this challenge. The 75 Day Challenge has now continued to simply be my routine. I am down 16 pounds and feel stronger, healthier and more focused than ever. A HUGE and heartfelt THANK YOU to Rachel, the Inner Fit community and my partner for the support, encouragement and journey to health and wellness together."
