A 90 Day Pre-Recorded Program. Rachel has divided the program into 10 sessions. Each session is short in duration and focuses on a specific body part. This program is for individuals who would like to learn how to lift and begin with an easy-to-follow program. All you need is a couple sets of dumbbells, a mat, and the option of a workout bench (step aerobic benches work great).

The program is broken down into 10 sessions that will offer you lift workouts, cardio, and mobility for an overall program to help you get stronger and feel more confident, reach your goals, and lift with confidence. Each sessions is between 20-30 minutes and is pre-recorded so you fit your workouts in when it is convenient for you. Once you join, simply log in to your dashboard and follow along. The entire program is laid out for you to follow along and track your progress.

The program is self-guided. There is a "complete & continue" button at the bottom of each video. Once you complete the workout, your next workout is ready to go so you don't have to worry about what day you are on, it's all taken care of for you.
We have set up a Facebook Private group for you to connect with me, your coach, and the other people who are in the program. While it is a "self-led" program, you can still enjoy the benefits of a supportive community that will continue to grow!
This is not a fancy production company creating this program. This is me and you working out together online. I update the videos as you progress through the 3 months. I record the videos from my studio to create a program that is affordable and effective for people who are new to lifting weights. My goal is to help as many people as I can discover a love for lifting weights.
This is a common fear for a lot of people. We are not doing the heavy compound lifting. These are simple, yet effective weight training workouts where you will see changes in your strength and body - without the injuries. Plus, as your coach, keeping form "clean" is important so I break down form.
Rest assured, it is pretty hard to get "bulky" from weight lifting at any level, especially for women. We do not have the testosterone required to get that kind of bulk. Plus, people who train competitively in bodybuilding who have muscle "bulk" train for hours a day to get that kind of size.
