Once you register, you will receive a welcome email with the details to get started and how to download the app for the challenge. Here are your next steps:

  • Join the Sunday, Feb 9th at 11:30am - Via Zoom: The Roadmap Workshop to Clarify Your Goal and Create Your 16 Week Plan

  • Complete the Starter Package - This is where you take note of your starting point through either photos, videos, measurements, a fitness test, or your current fitness.

  • Begin the Challenge - When you are set up and ready to go with your workout plan, nutrition plan, and habits - you are ready to begin!

  • Set Up Your Daily Goals App - To stay focused for 16 weeks, we have a specific app that will help you clearly define 3 action steps and keep you crushing your goals!

  • Attend the Weekly in-studio or online accountability meet ups

We learned something HUGE about our community in our last challenge - you all are far more self competitive than we ever gave you credit core lol! Our leaderboard is taking your 16 weeks and turning them into 112 days of fun, accountability, and points! 

Throughout the challenge, points will be awarded for tracking your habits, attending the meet ups, going to classes, exercising, meeting goals, and not giving up! 

Everyone who has hit the target points at the end of the challenge is added to a HUGE PRIZE draw with prizes from local businesses. We can't wait to make this a huge success!

Each participant sets their 3 daily habits, similar to the 75 challenge, only instead of 5 habits, you focus on 3 - a fitness habit, a nutrition habit, and a get out of your comfort zone habit. 

Weekly Coaching Sessions

These aren’t just check-ins—they’re your weekly reset button. Each week we meet at Inner Fit for a 30 minute energizing session. Each session is an opportunity to:

Wow, can you believe Inner Fit has been going strong since 2007? And as a community we have accomplished so much together. We have raised over $200,000 for local charities. We have moved a few times. We survived 4 long years of a uncertainty during the pandemic including 6 government mandated shut downs. And we learned to pivot and come together in challenging times. 

And here we are again, facing what we hope will be our last big pivot due to a real estate market out of control. In March of this year, we have one more big change coming and that is moving studios. As the owner of Inner Fit, I decided staying at a place and having our rates double didn't make sense. 

With a move comes even more expenses, and as a small business, it can be the difference between closing down, or choosing to keeping going

I have decided to take a big leap of faith in the Inner Fit community and the community of Richmond and trust this process that we were meant to move and with your help, we can make this happen

But, true to form, I also want to keep us active and focused on our fitness goals too, so the challenge registration fee will go towards the renovations. This help us all stay focused on our goals, healthy, and active in the next 16 weeks.

  • What results can I expect?

    Your results depend on your goals, but many participants experience weight loss, increased strength, improved energy, reduced stress, better mobility, and more confidence. Beyond physical results, you’ll gain clarity, consistent habits, and tools for long-term success.

  • Do I need to follow a specific workout or diet plan?

    We’ll recommend workouts that fit your goals, but you’re not locked into a specific plan. Whether you attend fitness classes, work out at home, or prefer outdoor activities, your plan will align with your preferences and lifestyle. We do not believe in dieting. When you attend the Road Map workshop, you will learn what to eat for your goals.

  • Why is the price so low for what’s included?

    We’re committed to giving back to our community. While the value of this program far exceeds $99, we want to make it accessible to everyone to help kick off 2025 on the right foot.

  • What if I have a vacation or work trip during the challenge?

    No problem! Your personalized action plan is flexible and can travel with you. We’ll help you stay engaged remotely, so you don’t lose momentum.

  • What if I have injuries or health conditions?

    Your action plan will be customized to your needs, and we’ll work with you to modify exercises or activities as necessary. Always consult your doctor before starting a new program if you have any health concerns.

  • Do I need to attend all 16 weeks?

    While consistency is key, we understand life happens! Weekly meet-ups are highly encouraged to keep you accountable and engaged, but if you miss a session, you’ll still have access to the online zoom weekly checkins.

Rachel is the owner of Inner Fit Studios and has been coaching weight loss and fitness challenges for over 25 years. Her own personal weight loss success was the results of a challenge. She believes that challenges help us stay focused and she knows they work because of all the success stories she has witness over the years.
