On Sunday, March 3rd, Inner Fit Studios in partnership with Stronger Together Vancouver invites you to a fun day of fitness and community spirit. "Workout for Women's Day" is more than just a workout; it's an opportunity to stand together, sweat together, and support three unique local women's charities. Your participation goes beyond fitness β it's a step towards empowerment, support, and change within our community. Let's transform our collective effort into a powerful force for good. The Sessions By Donation - WORKOUT FOR WOMEN'S DAY
Each session runs for 50 minutes allowing for a 10 minute break in between each session. Donations are per class. Minimum donation is $10 per session and you can reserve your spot on our MINDBODY App. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time to park, check-in, and get ready for your session. Bring a water bottle, towel, and comfortable workout clothes. All classes are beginner friendly! We teach in levels so everyone can have a great time! PLEASE Note: SPACE IS LIMITED - REGISTER EARLY

Get in front of people from all over the lower mainland to showcase your product or services. We will showcase you on our website, you will be able to set up a table, and share your business in our newsletter with 5000+ subscribers.
