75 Hard Rules
Every day for the next 75 days, complete the following habit changers. Every challenger has 7 bonus recovery days. You can use those 7 days at any point of the challenge as a "day off or recovery day" or you can go straight for 75 days. This means the challenge is 75 + 7 days in duration.

Complete one 45 minute workout

Complete another 45 minute workout outside (Power walk ok)

Drink 4 litres of water every day

Eat Healthy - Follow a nutrition program of your choice *No Cheats/No Alcohol*

Take a progress picture or video every day

Read 10 pages of a SELF DEVELOPMENT Book (audio books 20 minutes) every day

Stretch or Foam Roll for 10 minutes every day
75 Soft Rules
Technically with the soft challenge, it's 6 days on and 1 day off, but you do not have to follow that rule. You can still complete the following habit changers. Every challenger has 7 bonus recovery days. You can use those 7 days at any point of the challenge as a "day off or recovery day" or you can go straight for 75 days. This means the challenge is 75 + 7 days in duration.
