The Inner Fit 75 Challenge officially started on October 22, but that doesn't mean you cannot join us! The official end date is January 31, 2023 as a team challenge so that gives you plenty of time to sign up and start before November 15th. Everything we have done so far has been recorded and available in the challenger dashboard for easy access! Once you join, you will receive your welcome email and then choose your start date!

The Inner Fit 75 Hard/Soft/Starter Challenge will help you create lifelong healthy exercise and nutrition habits, sustainable wellness practices, lose weight, build your fitness confidence, and help you fall in love with your body.

The 75 Hard Challenge was created by entrepreneur, podcaster, and CEO Andy Frisella. He didn't think anyone could do it and now there are countless stories are all over social media about how this specific challenge helped people get their health back and built life changing habits. This is more than a weight loss challenge, although the pictures speak for themselves, it is a transformative challenge because it challenges you to form healthier habits and focus on your health for 75 days. 

This challenge will also eliminate the burden the extra weight places anyone physically, emotionally, and socially in which a lot of people are experiencing right now

Let's use this an an opportunity to take your fitness and health to the next level and finally lose the unwanted weight.

The best part is you will begin to feel better by focusing on improving your nutrition and fitness habits and start seeing results which will create even more motivation to keep going. Why bring this challenge to Inner Fit Studios? My intention is simple: this challenge is about showing up for yourself every single day. I care deeply about my community and I know there have been so many physical and mental health struggles these past couple years. People are frustrated with the weight gain and want more for their health but feel stuck. This challenge is an opportunity to take care of your own health needs for 75 days. In the big picture of your life, what is 75 days? If it helps you build a stronger, fitter, and healthier you, then it was well worth a few sacrifices for a very short period of time in your life. How do you know if this challenge is meant for you? Look back 75 days ago and ask yourself is the trajectory of your health improving or staying the same? If you know you need a swift kick in the butt, do this for you and surround yourself with a wonderful fitness community. I am opening this up to anyone who needs support. If you have family or friends (near or far) who would like to join in, invite them. Inner Fit is the most welcoming fitness community and we love supporting people in their fitness and health journeys. I am personally so excited to see the transformations from this challenge and I feel like this is the perfect time for everyone so let's do this together!

75 Hard Rules

Every day for the next 75 days, complete the following habit changers. Every challenger has 7 bonus recovery days. You can use those 7 days at any point of the challenge as a "day off or recovery day" or you can go straight for 75 days. This means the challenge is 75 + 7 days in duration.

  • Complete one 45 minute workout

  • Complete another 45 minute workout outside (Power walk ok)

  • Drink 4 litres of water every day

  • Eat Healthy - Follow a nutrition program of your choice *No Cheats/No Alcohol*

  • Take a progress picture or video every day

  • Read 10 pages of a SELF DEVELOPMENT Book (audio books 20 minutes) every day

  • Stretch or Foam Roll for 10 minutes every day

75 Soft Rules

Technically with the soft challenge, it's 6 days on and 1 day off, but you do not have to follow that rule. You can still complete the following habit changers. Every challenger has 7 bonus recovery days. You can use those 7 days at any point of the challenge as a "day off or recovery day" or you can go straight for 75 days. This means the challenge is 75 + 7 days in duration.

  • Complete one 45 minute workout 6 days a week

  • Walk outside for 20 minutes every day

  • Drink 3 litres of water every day

  • Eat Healthy - Follow a nutrition program of your choice *cheats/alcohol on occasion*

  • Take a progress picture or video every day

  • Read 10 pages of a SELF DEVELOPMENT Book (audio books 20 minutes) every day

  • Stretch or Foam Roll for 10 minutes every day

75 Starter Rules

Every day for the next 75 days, complete the following habit changers. Every challenger has 7 bonus recovery days. You can use those 7 days at any point of the challenge as a "day off or recovery day" or you can go straight for 75 days. This means the challenge is 75 + 7 days in duration.

  • Complete a 30 minute workout or 30 minute walk every day

  • Drink 2 Litres of Water every day

  • Eat Healthy - Follow a nutrition program of your choice, avoid cheats where possible

  • Take a progress picture or video every week

  • Read 10 pages of a SELF DEVELOPMENT Book (audio books 20 minutes) every day

  • Stretch for 10 minutes every day

The 75 Challenge with a Twist of 7 Bonus Recovery Days

The original challenge requires people to go for 75 days straight, and if you screw up you start again. Now while that is a wonderful notion, Inner Fit understands that life has challenges as adults, and even with the best of intentions, sometimes we need a "screw it" day. This does not mean you failed because a day here or there did not turn out, it means life happened. As a coach and the owner of Inner Fit Studios, I have learned a few things in my 25-year career and one thing that stands out is it is not about the end result, it is about who you become along the way. Anyone who takes on the 75 challenge is going to see a change in their health and fitness and that is what it is all about. Therefore, a challenge pushes us but 7 days of recovery is certainly not going to void the gains so pick and choose when you need the recovery days and enjoy the challenge! Complete 75 days, but enjoy the 7 extra bonus days if you need them.
